Moving into Luxin Living was the best decision my partner and I made after relocating to Laval. The floor plan is incredibly thoughtful — the open kitchen flows naturally into the living area, and the floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with light all day long. The concierge team remembered our names by the second week and have helped us with everything from restaurant bookings to receiving oversized deliveries. The rooftop pool has become our weekend ritual, and the co-working lounge saved us from needing a separate office. It truly feels like a five-star hotel that you get to call home.

After years of condo ownership, I was sceptical about renting — but the penthouse at Luxin Living changed my mind entirely. The finishes are genuinely high-end: engineered hardwood, quartz countertops, Grohe fixtures, and a wine fridge that fits 48 bottles. The building is immaculate, the security is discreet but thorough, and the EV charging in the garage means I never have to plan around charging stops. What impressed me most was how quickly maintenance addressed a minor issue with my thermostat — they had it resolved within two hours on a Saturday morning.

As a graduate student, I was initially worried the studio might feel cramped, but the clever layout and nine-foot ceilings make it surprisingly spacious. I also love the community events; the monthly wine-and-cheese night is a wonderful way to meet neighbours. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that I wish the gym had a few more free-weight racks, but the management team told me an expansion is planned for next year.

What sets Luxin Living apart from other buildings we considered is the genuine sense of community. The staff know every resident, and the seasonal events — from the holiday market to the summer barbecue — make this feel like a neighbourhood, not just an address.
